Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Grantee shall provide a statewide license that provides access for Tennessee local education agencies (LEAs) over the 2023-2024 school year to utilize a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) focused 3D game-based learning platform for high school and middle school students specific to chemistry and physical science classes and career and technical education (CTE) career pathways. Included in the statewide license, the Grantee shall provide: a. The platform framework, including all structure and tools needed to use the platform, including but not limited to student-teacher access, student-teacher resources, materials, lessons, coursework, libraries, and the ability to integrate with other State and LEA platforms. b. Toolkit for LEAs to implement and use the platform c. Monitoring for the platform, including protection of student data, student platform engagement, and student standard completion d. At least one meeting with school and/or district stakeholders to introduce the platform and solicit feedback e. If requested, weekly meetings or written progress reports to the State
