Specifications include, but are not limited to: This request is for a proposal to furnish all equipment, materials, and installation services to perform all services necessary for control and monitoring system improvements complete with all appurtenances and accessories to be installed at the Holiday Hills and Meadow Park Lake Water Treatment Plants; five (5) tank sites; and the Tansi Raw Water Pump Station in Crossville, Tennessee. Proposals for a new control and monitoring system shall include migrating all existing I/O and HMI screens and functions to the new SCADA system as well as any new I/O and HMI functions discussed in these technical specifications. The Main PLC panel enclosures at the Holiday Hills and Meadow Park Water Treatment Plants may be reused, but all of the components including the PLC’s, HMI’s, and I/O terminals shall be completely replaced essentially creating a new Main PLC. Signal wiring may be reused as provided within these technical specifications. Proposals shall include all applicable taxes and fees including freight to Crossville, Tennessee. The Crossville Water Treatment Plants utilize conventional rapid sand filtration technology.
