Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, tools,incidentals, and anything else required to clean the VSP location(s) listed above,exceptfor thefollowing items which are provided by VSP: rolled paper towels, tri-fold paper towels, plastictrash can liners, toilet tissue and hand soap. VSP will not furnish any equipment or cleaningsupplies.B.Service Schedule:1.Reference ATTACHMENT C for the cleaning schedule.2.Services shall be provided THREE (3) days per week on Monday, Wednesday, andFriday.3.Services shall be provided between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.4.No changes to any resultant contract (including the schedules listed herein) are permittedwithout a formal contract change between the Contractor and the VSP Contract Officer.5.Special/Emergency cleaning services shall be provided on an as-needed, as-ordered basisfor all locations.
