Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove existing 10’ high galvanized CL fence on west side of the park and replace with new 10’ high vinyl-coated CL fence. New fence to receive 10’ high with black windscreen. Perform the following at the north baseball field: 1. Laser grade the clay infield per plan. 2. Remove existing backstop and overhang and dispose offsite. 3. Install new black vinyl-coated CL fence 20’ high back stop with two (2) 30’ wide wings and 20’ wide fence behind home plate. Backstop posts shall be 4” diameter spaced 8’ c.c. and set into 16” dia. X 48” deep concrete footings. Install 1-5/8” dia. horizontal railings at top, bottom, and three mid rails. Bottom 10’ of CL fence fabric shall be 6 gauge, top 10’ shall be 9 gauge, black vinyl-coated fabric. 4. Remove existing behind backstop grade subgrade and install grass sod. Perform the following at the south baseball field: 1. Remove and dispose of existing storage shed and concrete slab behind backstop. 2. Remove and dispose of existing dugouts and concrete slabs. 3. Install new grass sod per plan. 4. Laser grade clay infield per plan. 5. Install new black vinyl-coated CL fence 20’ high back stop with two (2) 30’ wide wings and 20’ wide fence behind home plate. Backstop posts shall be 4” diameter spaced 8’ c.c. and set into 16” dia. X 48” deep concrete footings. Install 1-5/8” dia. horizontal railings at top, bottom, and three mid rails. Bottom 10’ of CL fence fabric shall be 6 gauge, top 10’ shall be 9 gauge, black vinyl-coated fabric. 6. Install two new modular dugouts with concrete pads per plans.
