Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this request is for the selected vendor to create courses through online training modules. The content and course design will be completed primarily by MCDPH instructional designers and provided to the selected contractor for development of the course. Development of the online modules are to be created by the selected vendor. The minimum expectation for all courses is they should be 10-15 minutes in length for each module and include: applicable definitions, examples, embedded video, narration, and scored quiz interactions. Based on the content and the vendor’s recommendation, the online training may be broken into multiple modules. The chosen vendor will work jointly with MCDPH’s Learning and Development Team, who will provide content and oversee the work
