The Level P3 and Loading Dock Repairs consists of isolated concrete repairs; masonry repairs; possible PT tendon repair; floor drain replacement and/or supplemental floor drain installation; complete structural slab removal in the loading dock; complete removal and replacement of the slab on grade at Level P3; removal and installation of existing and new bollards, vehicle barriers, and flexible bumpers; removal and replacement of traffic coating, repainting of traffic markings, curbs, and walls at Level P3, Loading Dock, and helix. The facility is high profile and critical to both Hennepin County and State of Minnesota business functions. It will be occupied during construction.
