Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The CONTRACTOR shall provide and install all heat recovery control system (HRCS) components, instrumentation, and associated hardware complete and operable, in accordance with the Contract Documents unless otherwise noted. B. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for coordinating with Alaska Village Electric Cooperative (AVEC) personnel for the receipt of AVEC furnished HRCS components and their installation in the power plant. C. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for coordinating with the Yakutat Community Health Clinic (YCHC) personnel for all HRCS work to be performed within the clinic. D. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for coordinating with the Yakutat School District (YSD) personnel for all HRCS work to be performed within the school facilities. E. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for coordinating with the Yakutat Public Safety Department (YPSD) personnel for all HRCS work to be performed within the Public Safety Office. F. It is the intent of these Specifications to have the CONTRACTOR be singularly responsible for selecting and verifying correct operation of compatible hardware to provide a functional HRCS. The CONTRACTOR shall also assume full responsibility for the following, as a minimum: 1. Procurement of all components, instrumentation and hardware required to conform to these Specifications. 2. Submit component, instrumentation, hardware, and spare parts submittals. 3. Perform all required HRCS hardware tests, adjustments, and calibrations. 4. Provide and/or coordinate all control panel programming and program updates. 5. Furnish all required HRCS tools, test equipment, spare parts, supplies, operations and maintenance manuals, and reproducible record drawings as specified herein.
