Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed proposals from properly qualified, experienced, licensed, insured, and applicably certified recreational soccer providers for youth camps. The scope of work for the Camp Soccer services, associated with Camp Bentonville shall include, but not be limited to: 1) Structure of the Camp and Camp offerings 2) Identify and execute camp objectives 3) Establish Camp pricing (based on final contract negotiations) 4) Coordinate Camp scheduling times and days 5) Provide participant equipment and supplies 6) Provide qualified and approved staff in an appropriate ratio to the number of campers(to include set up and take down prior to and after events); Bentonville Parks and Recreation (BPR) will: 1) Provide marketing and advertising materials and associated servicesto assist in the promotion of all Camp Soccer programming at any public park soccer facility. a. Ample time and notification must be given to BPR for all programming, in order for BPR to market and advertise such programs; the exact amount of advanced notification time will be determined between BPR and the awarded Provider. 2) Produce and receive all registrations and payments for the Camp Soccer programs conducted at any public park within the City of Bentonville, Arkansas. a. The awarded Submitter will not be permitted to accept or receive payment for any City of Bentonville Camp Soccer programming, unless written approval is received in advance by the BPR Director, or designee. All payments to the awarded Provider under this contract will come from the City of Bentonville based on the executed contract.
