Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct the East Pinon Hills Blvd Extension (EPHBE) from East Main Street to Road 3000 (Morningstar Drive). EPHBE will be a 4-lane divided street with a 14-foot wide median, two 5-foot-wide bike lanes and two 5-foot-wide sidewalks. This project will include traffic signal work as EPHBE will connect to the existing traffic signal at Pinon Hills Boulevard and East Main Street. New drainage infrastructure will also be constructed at the East Main Street intersection and at the Road 3000 intersection. In addition, the project will also require the construction of two bridges, one to span over the Animas River oxbow and the second to span over the Animas River itself.
