Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.1. Work to be accomplished requires the vendor to provide all material, equipment, containers, and services necessary for the pumping and cleaning of all grease traps, interceptors, and bins. Service will include properly disposing of the waste in certified disposal facility in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations. 5.2. All costs associated with the proper disposing of the waste shall be the responsibility of the vendor and shall be included in the pricing. All costs including transportation, labor, and fuel surcharge fees are to be included. 5.2.1. A manifest for non-hazardous waste from a certified landfill shall be filled out and signed by an authorized vendor representative. 5.2.2. Vendor shall provide service as specified herein or as scheduled by the Physical Plant Supervisor or designee. 5.3. Vendor shall provide service during the business hours of, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, unless herein noted otherwise. Vendor will be escorted to the location, and a visual inspection will be performed by the Physical Plant Personnel, or designee, prior to departing the job site. 5.4. After servicing, the vendor shall have the appropriate person at the location sign and date the work order sheet to verify that work has been completed. The vendor must submit a copy of the signed work order sheet with their invoices for service. If copies of all work orders are not attached to the invoice, the invoice will not be paid until the vendor can produce the work orders. 5.5. Vendor shall provide emergency services when requested. 5.5.1. Emergency services are defined as unscheduled service provided by the vendor. 5.6. Areas of service to be included for ASPC-Safford: 5.6.1. One (1) grease trap and one (1) tallow bin to be pumped completely to include sludge and debris removal in the following areas as needed. 5.6.1.1. Tonto Unit, One (1) 1,000 gallon capacity grease trap 5.6.1.2. Graham Unit, One (1) 750 gallon capacity tallow bin (Vendor shall provide the tallow bin and must include a steel lid, screen, and lock.) 5.6.2. Emergency service as needed: 5.6.2.1. For each 1000 gallon capacity grease trap 5.6.2.2. For each 750 gallon capacity tallow bin 5.7. Areas of service to be included for ASPC-Safford/Fort Grant 5.7.1. One (1) grease trap to be pumped completely to include sludge and debris removal in the following areas as needed. 5.7.1.1. Fort Grant Unit, One (1) 600 gallon capacity grease trap 5.7.2. Emergency service as needed: 5.7.3. For each 600 gallon capacity grease trap 5.8. Areas of service to be included for ASPC-Safford/Globe Unit 5.8.1. Vendor shall provide one (1) grease trap tallow bin to be pumped completely to include sludge and debris removal in the following area semiannually or as needed. The tallow bin must have a steel lid, screen, and lock. 5.8.1.1. Globe Unit, One (1) 250 gallon capacity tallow bin 5.8.2. Emergency Services as needed: 5.8.2.1.
