Specifications include, but are not limited to: OCJP is requesting to review Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) cloud-based solutions available to meet all or most of the needs listed in the Statement of Purpose above and List of Business needs (Table 3.1) below. INTERFACES - 1 Ability to interface (both incoming and outgoing data) with the State's ERP system to manage contracts, requests for funds, invoices/purchase orders, and other grant related financial needs 2 Ability to interface with external systems that provide the ability to validate or auto-populate information (e.g., 501c3 and SAM status, US Congressional, Senate districts, electronic signature, email, etc.) 3 Ability to create custom data feeds using API; MIGRATION AND SYSTEM CONFIGURATION - 4 Migration of existing data from current solution to the new application(s), including about 35 MB of storage 5 Secure cloud document storage and document migration from secured file transfer protocol (SFTP) database 6 System Configuration and customization of existing application templates, workflows, and user roles, which encompasses approximately 225 transactions and 65 backoffice users
