Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work site is located on the Roof of the State Laboratories Facility located at 2725 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, HI 96782. Remove and dispose of non-functional fan motor and VFD. Purchase, deliver and install new fans and VFD. Replacement motor and VFD shall be new and of like kind to existing motor and VFD. Replacement equipment must be compatible with the buildings existing automation system and exhaust fans. The current building automation system is a Honeywell system. Bidder is responsible to ensure the new VFD properly interfaces with building automation system. Installation shall include all work and materials required to bring the new fan motor to normal working order, connecting the fan to the VFD, and connecting the new VFD to the building automation system. Start up and test to insure proper functioning. Motors shall have a Manufacturer's Warranty which at a minimum provides the following: Five (5) years warranty on parts from date of installation and acceptance to the original user of the equipment if it should prove defective workmanship or defective materials. The manufacturer shall replace the defective parts without charge to the Government.
