Specifications include, but are not limited to: Parking lot Prep: - Professionally cleaned using power broom as needed - Blown, cleaned and completed dried before sealer is applied - Pre-Sealant application: o All oil, gas, or other stains will be pretreated with cleaner and sealed prior to spray application. - Contractor shall work with Facilities staff to ensure all obstructions including dumpsters, vehicles, trailers etc are moved in a coordination with work to be done. Seal coat: Entire paved lot as shown in map below (Approximately 145,000ft²) - Apply 2 coats of Asphalt Emulsion per manufacturer specifications. - Silica Sand shall be added at a rate of 2-4 pounds per gallon of sealer - FSA or equivalent additive shall be added per manufacturer specifications (2- 5%) to aid in dry time, improve durability and reduce tracking. Line striping - Restripe as currently laid out in the parking lot. - Provide prices for the following should additional lines be requested: o Standard parking line o Handicap logo
