Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will consist of but is not limited to providing and installing a new packaged HVAC system to replace the existing Heat Pump, Cased Upflow Indoor Coil and Furnace for Building 7315.; Disconnect and removal of existing HVAC units (Heat Pump, Cased Upflow Indoor Coil and Furnace).; Provide and install new high efficiency HVAC units capable of providing equal performance as existing units.; Disposal of old HVAC units as per local regulations.; Contractor responsible for all ductwork modifications to accommodate new HVAC units.; Contractor responsible for proper function and design of new HVAC units added.; Contractor responsible for repairs on all architectural and structural work required to accommodate new HVAC units.
