Specifications include, but are not limited to: Goal #1: School Based Prevention. Build capacity for Youth and Young Adult SUD treatment and prevention services, which includes upstream prevention within school districts, community-based programs, peer delivered services, Fentanyl education, and the development of peer support mentors and prevention specialist’s workforce. • Goal #2: Treatment Based Services. Build capacity within residential and outpatient SUD treatment to include family involvement and supports for Youth in treatment. OHA’s desired outcome includes building infrastructure for culturally and linguistically responsive community-based organizations which provide SUD services focused on improving outreach and services to historically under-represented communities.
