Specifications include, but are not limited to: BASE BID: Construct replacement wood-framed hatchery building including, demolition, clearing, and grubbing, building pad construction, trench drains, foundation and wall system, roof trusses, attic floor framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC; connect to existing 12” process water supply line and existing 6” pump line, new discharge piping and storm piping including new manhole, concrete vaults and catch basins. Site work including retaining walls, septic system, concrete sidewalks, and site restoration.; BID ALTERNATE 1: Mitigated Design - Construct non-combustible building envelope, including concrete exterior walls, concrete interior shear wall and cold-formed steel interior bearing and furring walls and cold-formed steel roof trusses and associated framing.; BID ALTERNATE 2: Purchase and install automatic transfer switch for future generator.; BID ALTERNATE 3: Purchase and install emergency generator.
