Specifications include, but are not limited to: On behalf of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville Davidson County (“Metro,” “Project Owner,” or “Owner”), the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) is seeking qualified entities (either singular or jointly) to provide property management and support services for a Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) development being constructed at 200 2nd Ave. N., in downtown Nashville, TN 37201. The PSH project is being developed and will be owned by Metro. The project is anticipated to be completed by March 2024. The development will consist of a 5-story building containing 90 one-bedroom units (18 of which are accessible). Each unit will have a bedroom, full bath, and kitchen area. The 1st floor will contain 2 residential units, a community laundry, bike storage, multipurpose mail, and computer rooms for residents, and an office suite to house the management and support services providers. Floors 2-5 will have 22 units each.
