Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Sewer Division intends to update the city’s sewer assessment closed circuit televising system (CCTV) software to integrate with current sewer CCTV hardware. a) Software Specifications • Compatible with Microsoft Windows operating system. • ESRI GIS partner preferred, or ability to integrate with ESRI ArcGIS software suite and data along with support of those systems. • Compatible with NASSCO standards. b) Software functionality • Create tasks recording CCTV video of Sewer Pipe GIS assets for the purpose of recording and evaluating the city’s storm and sanitary sewer system. • Application of observation scores within a task, based on NASSCO coding system. • Record CCTV sewer videos in .mp4, .mpg or any windows media format. • Simple data entry interface with options to customize including setting defaults, mandatory fields, drop-down menus, auto entry, and screen layout preferences. • Creation of tasks using data from previous completed tasks. • Video reviewal within a session and after task completion. • Capturing of screen images manually and automatically based on scoring. • Post-processing of tasks and editing collected data in office. • Video editing capable such as adding text and video enhancements. • Writing back data collection attributes to GIS layers. • Manually update individual map layer assets and mainline records on the fly. • Scheduling after-hours map layer updates in truck software from GIS Servers using Wi-Fi, VPN, or network connectivity. • Scheduling after-hours video uploads to network server or cloud using Wi-Fi, VPN, or network connectivity. • Customization of user roles and security measures. • Create customized reports in multiple formats including PDF & XLSX. c) Hardware connectivity • Ability to utilize existing Cues and Aries hardware and video. • Vendor to provide recommended workstation specifications. d) Data Storage • Cloud video storage capability desired. • Ability to upload to current GIS SQL database hosting CCTV Videos. • Assistance in upload existing CCTV information both data and files to new storage environment. e) Assessment functionality • Display of CCTV Videos in the city’s current ArcGIS online map viewers is a priority. • Ability to utilize pipe assessments and scores within ArcGIS geodatabase sewer pipe feature classes for evaluation and analysis purposes. • Ability to produce pipe assessment reports in PDF and XLSX format. • View video survey links on mobile devices (iOS, Android…). View online streaming video via URL via hyperlink on GIS pipe asset is desired. • Web browser interface of pipe assessment is desired. f) Software Support • 24/7/365 software support options. • Software maintenance including version upgrades. • Vendor to provide price and payment options for maintenance, support, and software upgrades.
