Specifications include, but are not limited to: Flooring project includes but is not limited to: • Removal of existing glue down carpet, tile, laminate, and linoleum • Repair any squeaking areas in the subfloor prior to flooring installation • Level out any noticeably high or low spots in the floor • LVT install glue down • LVT floor will be EVOKE KENNETH LVP or flooring similar pending owner approval • Furnish and Installation of base • Installation of rubber base adhesive • Furnish and install - LPV flooring, approximately 4500 square feet • Contractor is responsible for removing and replacing base shoe • Second floor landing get LVT up to but not including the stair nosing • Gym area - Remove and replace of base, trim, and moldings in gym area and furnish and install rubber 8mm or thicker flooring with polyurethane adhesive • Intermittent landings are excluded from new flooring • Owners will remove and replace furniture during project
