Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide modifications to the existing accounting functions as well as development of new accounting functions as requested by UDC. B. Updates to the base offender accounting system to include: 1. Changes required by legislations mandates. 2. Changes required by UDC policy. 3. Changes necessary to improve the user experience. 4. Changes necessary to increase productivity. 5. Changes necessary to ensure data or system security. 6. Updates as available for the offender core accounting systems and/or, bugs fixes. 7. Changes or additions to the offender accounting system interfaces as needed. Cashless Systems is the developer, owner and sole source purchase of a user license and maintenance and support of this system. No other vendor would have the access to the technical information required to deliver modifications to the CACTAS source code. Other vendors were not contacted, as no other vendor can or is authorized to provide any needed support and maintenance on this program. Cashless Systems is the proprietary owner of the system.
