Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 Contractor shall provide Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and ATM services for: 1.1.1 Lancaster County Treasurer at the Department of Motor Vehicles facility located at 500 West “ O” Street and 625 North 46th Street, Lincoln, NE. 1.1.2 Clerk of the District Court facility located at 575 South 10th Street, 3rd floor, Lincoln, NE. 1.1.3 City County Building located at 555 South 10th Street, 1st floor Lincoln, NE 1.2 Vendor shall keep the AT M filled with money and in working order. 1.3 ATM shall be filled during normal business hours Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. 1.4 Provide any alarm or security system necessary for the ATM’s. 1.5 County shall not be liable for any damage, vandalism or theft of the ATM’s. 1.6 Contractor shall be responsible for providing all equipment necessary in the rendering of ATM Services. 1.7 Contractor shall provide proper repair, maintenance, service and supplies for the ATM 24 hours a day and seven days a week during the term of the contract. 1.8 The ATM ’s shall be able to perform three (3) types of transactions: 1.8.1 Cash withdrawals 1.8.2 Balance inquires 1.8.3 Money transfers between bank accounts 1.9 The maximum withdrawal transaction amount shall be $500.00. 1.10 No charges or fees will be charged to the County. 1.11 AT M shall use one power/electrical outlet and phone jack for each machine. 1.12 The County shall not be responsible for any telephone charges, costs for installation of telephone jacks or electrical outlets necessary to provide the service or long distance fees related to the services provided by the Contractor. 1.13 Installation of electrical outlets or phone jacks will be done only with written approval by the County. 1.14 Contractor shall complete the services and duties and furnish all labor, materials, and pay all costs, including any taxes, to complete the services. 1.15 Contractor shall apply for and obtain any and all necessary permits, certifications, licenses, variances and approvals required by any applicable law or regulations that relate to Vendor or the services provided to the County by the Contractor, including but not limited to applicable banking laws or regulations, or requirements by the Nebraska State Banking Department. 1.16 Conduct all activities related to the services provided to the County in a lawful manner.
