Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hawaii State Department of Education (Department), Office of Strategy, Innovation and Performance (OSIP), Community Engagement Branch (CEB), requests community input to facilitate the Department’s planning activities and development of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for after-school care for identified elementary school children, commonly referred to as the After-School Plus (A+) Program. The information received will assist the Department in preparing the release of one or more RFP in the immediate future. The Department will be seeking vendors to provide after-school care for latchkey children in grades K-6 who attend public elementary schools at various schools, statewide.
