Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bonds will be evaluated by the KCBOE and its Financial ("Municipal") Advisor based on changing market conditions. There is no assurance that the KCBOE will issue such bonds following the selection of a Financial Advisor for any reason. The selected Financial Advisor will be required to assist with financial matters that may arise in the normal course of business over the Engagement period. Moreover, the independent Financial Advisor will provide advice in structuring the issuance and sale of bonds, notes, and other securities as well as deliver assistance and analyses for other financings, including negotiating terms. This Financial Advisor that will act as a liaison between the KCBOE and rating agencies.
