Specifications include, but are not limited to: Item #1 Mobile Home EPDM Roofing: Mobile Home sq ft is 57' x 12', NOTE: Per Mobile Home Park Guidelines Roofing EPDM Material is to be WHITE. Specifications: Install EPDM on manufactured home roof per the manufacturer’s requirements and by local code office. Broom clean and then pressure wash the entire mobile home roof. Closely inspect the roof surface and immediately report any problem areas to the Project Supervisor. Install a fully adhered 40 mil (minimum) EPDM (rubber roof) per the manufacturer’s requirements. For underlayment use Celotex "CELO‐1", or an equal only if prior approval is given by the Project Supervisor. Seams in EPDM are to be avoided whenever possible. If seams must be included in the roof, the Contractor is responsible to ensure that the following process is used: 1. Overlap the EPDM 3” at the seam, (dry fit). 2. Clean both contact surfaces with Versico (or equal) Primer. Allow primer to cure according to instructions before beginning Step 3. below. 3. Use Versoco (or equal) Seam tape to bind the seam. This is a double sided adhesive tape that goes between the seam overlap. Leave ¼” of the tape exposed at the edge of the seam. Boots for EPDM roofs must be made specifically for EPDM applications. These boots adhere directly to the EPDM material. Manufacturer’s instructions must be followed when installing. CONTRACTOR TO TAKE PIC OF PRESSURE WASHING AND ALSO EPDM GLUE BEING PUT ON MOBILE HOME ROOF AREA BEFORE EPDM IS APPLIED. ROOFING IS TO BE INSTALLED SO IT DOESN'T LEAK BEHIND SIDING. Item #1 Repair Electrical Circuit & Install GFCI Outlet: Kitchen receptacles Specifications: Contractor to troubleshoot and repair noniterable lighting, receptacles, and/or switches. Items must operate according to manufacturer instruction and by local code office. Measure to include installing GFI Circuit: Install new GFI Circuit (Qty 1) in kitchen within six feet of the kitchen sink. GFI Circuit/GFCI receptacle will be installed according to manufacturer instruction and by local code office. Verify that all circuit functions safely. Item #2 Interior Light(s): Kitchen qty 1 Specifications: Interior light replacement will be installed according to manufacturer instruction and by local code office. An interior light, at a minimum, will be 13" with ceiling flush mount with globe and LED bulbs.
