Specifications include, but are not limited to: ●Prospective vendors should clearly explain the end-to-end path diversity from exchange to end location being offered and how service outages will be addressed.● Please explain how your network redundancy ensures no single point of failure will affect APS. If single point failures exist, explain how a failure would be mitigated.●SLA’s for services are to be defined within the proposal and will begin upon final acceptance by theDistrict.●Credits for loss of service need to be explained in the SLA.●After the Internet circuit is installed and configured, the service provider will conduct testing andprovide results to APS to ensure provisioned bandwidth with no errors and low latency within thecontractual SLA.
