OWR is in need to procure an employee engagement platform that allows leadership—within the state departments and subordinate divisions—to interact with their employees and keep track of changes over time in relation to their employees’ overall wellness, health, and well-being. More specifically OWR is actively examining platforms that have the following functionality: Allows innovative interaction and engagement between employees and management, concentrating on the following areas: Wellness Team Connection Job Confidence Resilience Platform should be able to support mobile, tablet, and PC operating systems. Allows for customization of assessments, surveys, and prompts to tailor to the specific needs of departments and cultural perspectives. Ideally, employee engagement domains are focused on trauma, resilience, wellness, team-building/connection, and job confidence. Platform should include a data collection tool with a data dashboard with customizable data visualization aggregated at various levels from individual employees to organization-wide. Data visualization should also capture and report on changes over time. Platform should be able to provide technical support and training, in addition to consultation of data analysis and organizational improvement recommendations.
