Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Flagstaff (Owner) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Arizona licensed Professionals (Firm) to provide professional engineering services (Project), including: 1. Provide analysis of the Wildcat sanitary sewer interceptor system to determine the optimum and preferred design to provide increased flow capacity to the Wildcat Hill Water Reclamation Facility (WHWRF). The intent of the analysis is to identify deficiencies within the sewer collection system and to guide the Firm and Owner in addressing the flow capacity of the system. 2. Prepare design plans and reports for the proposed interceptor improvements as determined from the system analysis and future City needs. 3. Work with the Owner and the selected Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) Contractor during the design and construction of the selected improvements as a Capital Improvement project. Wherever the word "Firm" is used in this Request for Statements of Qualifications (RSOQ), it will mean each or any of the individuals, firms, partnerships, or corporations, submitting an SOQ for engineering services being sought by the Owner for this Project. All qualified Firms interested in providing the required services are invited to submit their SOQs that comply with the requirements specified in this RSOQ. The selected Firm will be expected to enter a base Contract for Professional Services (Contract). The Contract will be awarded at the Owner’s discretion. Contracted services and associated fees will be negotiated after a qualified Firm is selected.
