Specifications include, but are not limited to: PURPOSE. The purpose of the Solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a vendor(s) for the 2024 Minnesota Office of Pipeline Safety Conference. The Conference is scheduled for April 9-10, 2024. MNOPS anticipates approximately 300 attendees at the Conference. The number of attendees is an estimate only. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of lodging rooms or meals. Prices listed on the pricing pages are firm and shall not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate. Limitations of geographic location: The State of Minnesota reserves the right to hold this Conference in a facility that is clean, well maintained, and located within 20 miles of 220 E Main Street, Mankato, MN 56001, or within 20 miles of 151 4th St SE, Rochester, MN 55904, as measured using Google© Maps.
