Specifications include, but are not limited to: The design, installation, monitoring and maintenance of licensed and unlicensed point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless links. These links will provide an extension of the City's network to locations where there is no fiber, or redundancy to locations with existing connections both inside and outside city limits. Bidder shall provide complete end-to-end point-to-point or point-to-multipoint wireless solutions which may require the following: • Site surveys and field investigation to verify installation requirements and path obstructions/line-of-site. • Survey reports which may include path maps, terrain profiles, link budgets, antenna heights, path reliability calculations, etc. • Design drawings which may include installation diagrams, tower elevations, equipment specifications, etc. • Record drawings ("as-builts") following a final inspection and resolution of any punch list items. • Installation, including masts, mounts, ballast blocks, grounding and lightning protection, conduit and roof support blocks for conduit, hardware, network and fiber cable, etc. • Installation of monopoles or free-standing towers, including foundations and any required permits. • Tower climbing and the use of aerial lifts. • Remote monitoring. City of Tucson will support remote connectivity to individual IP addresses by VPN. • Filing for FCC licensing, under City of Tucson's FRN, if applicable.
