Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Task Force is looking for an experienced meeting facilitator to conduct monthly 3-hour virtual meetings with approximately 33 task force attendees through November of 2024. It is essential that the facilitator be trained be trained and experienced in large group dynamics, conducting meetings in a virtual setting, maintaining impartiality, managing difficult conversations and situations, increasing productive use of meeting time, addressing conflict, applying creative thinking, and leading to meaningful results. The Facilitator must also be emotionally intelligent, value and respect individuals from differing backgrounds, and be able to move the group toward resolution. Facilitator must also have experience with, and knowledge of, Oregon’s Public Meeting Law and its requirements.
