Specifications include, but are not limited to: This solicitation is for retaining a general contractor (GC) to furnish, install, manage and coordinate all work as shown in the attached documents on behalf of the Beaverton School District. The goal is to update the main offices at Greenway Elementary School and McKay Elementary School. At Greenway, the goals are to update the main office with new furniture and improve the space for visitors and staff and to create a temporary main office area for Raleigh Hills’ staff, who will occupy Greenway during the re-build of their own school. At McKay, the goal is to update the main office with new furniture and provide an improved space for visitors and staff. This project will include selective demolition, selective patch, paint, and repair, selective low-voltage work, and purchase and installation of new furniture, . All work shall be completed over the 2024 summer break.
