Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work consists of selective demolition of portions of existing mow curb, stabilized decomposed granite trail, concrete flatwork, turf, and removal and adjustment to portions of the irrigation system; new construction for the indicated portions of the park site including 6-foot height steel fencing and gates; mow curb; stabilized decomposed granite path; decomposed granite area; and adjustments/repairs to existing turf areas, irrigation system, and concrete areas as impacted by scope of this project. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements; existing conditions including site preparation, sequencing of operations, selective site demolition; concrete including concrete forming and accessories, concrete reinforcing, cast-in-place concrete; finishes including painting and coatings; earthwork including subgrade preparation, excavation and backfilling, trenching; exterior improvements including aggregate base, stabilized decomposed granite, decorative metal fences and gates, planting irrigation, soil preparation, turf and grasses, and plants.
