Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide financial training courses to Division contracted licensed counselors. 3.2. The overall course objective is to train counselors to be able to provide effective financial recommendations to assist problem gamblers in their recovery, to include: 3.2.1. Mitigating legal repercussions; 3.2.2. When and how to utilize and engage clients in financial discussions; and 3.2.3. What information and tools are available to begin collecting data for upcoming consultations. 3.2.4. Courses shall be available in multiple formats to suit different learning styles.
