Specifications include, but are not limited to: Photography requests typically arise for various events, ceremony conferences, guest lectures, occasions, affinity groups, academic programs, special projects, etc. NKU will establish contracts with photographers who specialize in event coverage. These photographers can be engaged on an hourly basis, ensuring that the University receives high-quality images while controlling costs. Procurement owns/manages contracts; departments/units engage directly with vendors. The contract will be between the vendor or vendors and NKU. NKU will have unlimited usage rights to the photographic images and files. Photography will take place primarily on NKU’s Highland Heights, KY campus, but may occasionally include setups in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati metropolitan area. Photography subjects will be primarily students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, supporters, etc., in a variety of indoor and outdoor settings. Photographers should be prepared for a variety of lighting conditions. Photography setups may be requested for evening hours and/or weekends. Photographers should not submit a bid if they are unavailable for evenings and weekends.
