Specifications include, but are not limited to: Liquid Polymer – Clarifloc NE-2432 or compatible equal 1. Product testing will include: a. A fourteen (14) day trial period. b. Polymer injection at mixing point of the presses. c. Test Operator, polymer sample in 270-gallon tote and necessary equipment shall be provided by the bidder at their expense. d. Test results to be compared to current polymer results from the other press running during test period. Test results must be equal to or better than current product. 2. The price on the Bid Form must be based on bulk delivery assuming 1,000-2,000 gallons per delivery and 7,500 gallons per year. 3. The price submitted must include all delivery and transportation charges. No additional charges will be paid in addition to the unit price on the Bid Form. 4. The Bid Form shall include both, delivery by truck to our two (2), one thousand (1,000) gallon bulk storage tanks, and delivery in two hundred seventy (270) gallon totes. 5. The Town reserves the right to cancel the contract upon thirty (30) days’ notice to the Contractor.
