Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salt Lake County, on behalf of Information Technology “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms “Proposer/Contractor” to obtain competitive responses to provide shared PeopleSoft support and maintenance responsibilities, including but not limited to upgrades(PUM IMAGES and Peopletools), critical patches, tax patches, bug fixes, and critical production support issues. Help with performance tuning, system configuration & sizing (proactive instead of reactive), production support, non-production support, application development (including system modifications and/or additions, interfaces, reports and queries) and upgrade support (PUM Images and Peopletools).
