Specifications include, but are not limited to: Middle Tennessee State University’s Creative and Visual Services (CVS) seeks bids from vendors seeking to photograph various events and settings at the University, providing services that Creative and Visual Services cannot source. Namely, student headshot opportunities for clients such as the College of Business, the Tennessee Small Business Development Center, MT Engage, the MTSU Career Development Center, and other departments and organizations; awards and other ceremony “party pics,” including selfie stations, backdrop group photos, casual interaction shots provided to the client; and other opportunities as they arise. This is a “zero cost” request from MTSU and opportunities will be offered at the discretion of CVS. Vendor will benefit from the exclusive right to perform work-for-hire for these opportunities as presented to and referred by CVS. MTSU photographers and videographers may be present at these events to take images for the MTSU library and use; but MTSU will not be selling headshot or “party pic” services to the clients. CVS will provide client billing information to the vendor so that they can provide these services.
