Specifications include, but are not limited to: REQUIRED CONCESSION SERVICES - The Concessionaire shall provide, operate, and maintain the required concession services as well as any related support facilities and services in accordance with this RFP and the resulting contract to such an extent and in a manner considered satisfactory by the Division. The required services identified here represent the minimum requirements the Concessionaire is required to provide. Except for any such items that may be provided to the Concessionaire by the Division, the Concessionaire shall provide the personnel, equipment, goods, and commodities necessary for providing, operating, and maintaining the required concession services in accordance with this RFP and the resulting contract. The Division will not contract with any other vendor to provide the listed concession services within the designated Concession Service Area throughout the term of the resulting contract. Any services Concessionaire or the Division wish to include in the contract beyond those identified as required concession services in the resulting contract must be added to the contract by amendment. GUIDED OFF HIGHWAY VEHICLE (OHV) TOURS - Provide guided OHV Tours according to the following specifications. Concessionaire shall ensure all proper licenses, permits, and certifications are in place to provide this service. All equipment and accessories provided to customers other than those listed below are subject to prior written approval by the Park Manager. Off Highway Vehicles (OHV): Concessionaire shall provide a minimum of eight (8) OHVs on site for tours. Helmets: Concessionaire shall provide helmets for all participants. All helmets must be proper sizes for riders and be DOT approved. Concession staff must have a valid driver license and follow all applicable U.S. Department of Labor rules while operating any vehicles. Concession staff shall be trained in all aspects needed to provide clear and understandable instructions to business patrons and park visitors to include general OHV safety. Concessionaire shall ensure all operators have completed the State’s Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course prior to operating any OHVs. Concessionaire shall ensure all renters view or receive a training video and/or rules brochure. Concessionaire shall have the training video, rules brochures, and other rental materials available in English and Spanish.
