Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Mural i. Large mural painted on the East exterior wall. Business Owner to approve artists and artwork before painting to start. ii. Brick will need to be primed grey prior to mural application. Preference to have Josh Scheurman direct the artwork, preference to have Elevated Enamels complete the primer painting. b. ADA Entrance Enhancement i. Provide all electrical and mechanical components to make double doors operate with electric button access. The building is completely ADA accessible, we wEould like to ease the access by providing electric door actuators. c. Exterior Painting i. All aluminum cladding on the front of building to be painted black to match garage door. ii. Apply vinyl stickers to upstairs windows to conceal office space upstairs, Vinyl artwork to be submitted for approval prior to application and fit with outdoor theme at brewery. d. Electrical i. Add 30-amp breaker and potentially new panel for power to front of building. 30-amp dedicated outlet for food trucks. Needs to be switched indoors, as current outlets are switched. The preferred vendor is Ace Electrical, they have already examined the available power and provided quotes in the past for other work. e. Exterior Shade i. Provide additional shade on patio, make it easier to add and remove shade sails. Look at current solution and propose additional shades, with the potential to more easily take them down for the winter. Potential for welded steel rails at 12 - 14 feet elevation, secured to building and northern most rail, used to secure shade sales, potentially removable.
