Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will consist of renovations to an existing office building located at 101 Walton Way, Hopkinsville KY 42240. The existing building consists of approximately 31,600sf of office space. This existing office space will be split into two sides, one side will house the fire station consisting of offices, sleeping quarters, locker rooms, a work-out area, a kitchen and lounge area with support spaces and a storm shelter. Side two consists of four large conference rooms, toilet rooms and office space. There will be an addition of a 6,100sf apparatus bay with a connector to the existing building. A new access drive will be installed to the apparatus bays providing separate truck access around the facility, along with concrete flat work for future burn building and outdoor training
