Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through a contract with a consultant, Dakota County would like to identify barriers in the consumer and self-directed Home and Community Based programs processes using Human Centered Design, Design Thinking and Continuous Improvement tools, methodologies, and concepts. The vendor will clarify, define, ideate, prototype, and test new ideas (processes) to improve the consumer and self-directed HBC programs' customer experience. The vendor will identify potential efficiencies and develop new processes that will improve the customer’s experience and service delivery for the consumer and selfdirected HCB programs. The vendor will use ethnographic processes (observation/interviews) to gather data that will assist in the development of new ways of serving individuals and families that use consumer and self-directed HCB programs.
