Specifications include, but are not limited to: Upon contract award, the awarded respondent shall coordinate with the designated CGA representative on which topics will be needed for staff training. This includes the awarded respondent to: (a) Work under the close supervision and direction of CGA; (b) Be responsible for meeting with the designated CGA representative as necessary to customize program agendas and materials for trainings that satisfy requirements established by the CGA; (c) Make reasonable adjustments to training program syllabi as requested by the designated CGA representative during the contract term; (d) Provide copies of all training program materials to the designated CGA representative prior to commencement of the training program; (e) Utilize only facilitators for on-site trainings that have been pre-approved by the designated CGA representative; (f) Provide advance notice to and obtain prior approval from the designated CGA representative for any substitute facilitators; (g) Work closely with the designated CGA representative to create a mutually agreed upon schedule for all training programs. The CGA reserves the right to cancel a training program within twenty-four (24) hours from the scheduled start of any training program at no charge; (h) Provide and facilitate training programs, upon CGA request, remotely via a mutually agreed upon video conferencing platform in accordance with the same pricing as training services conducted in person under the hourly rates outlined in the Pricing Page (Attachment A). The training program length of the remote training service must be mutually agreed upon between the awarded respondent and the CGA; (i) Provide live trainer-led programs preferably over on-demand training programs.
