Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. The objective is to contract with a pool of Suppliers who are able to recruit all of the types of positions that may be needed by the Eligible Entities or a combination of Suppliers who can provide all types of positions and other Suppliers who specialize in specific types of positions (e.g. Executive level only, Legal Specialties, Medical Specialties, Technology Specialties, etc.) 3.1.1. Each EE reserves the right to direct the consultant to perform only specific and select portions of the search/selection process or to conduct an entire search/selection process. This option will be exercised on a recruitment-by-recruitment basis and will be specified by the EE in the Task Order. 3.1.2. Prior to each recruitment, the applicable EEDR will approve the Contractor’s personnel assigned to a particular recruitment project. 3.1.3. The applicable EEDR will ensure that all decisions, recommendations, questions, complaints, and all other pertinent EE’s information is provided to the Contractor
