Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ice Delivery Requirements: 4.1.1. Ice shall be solid cube or block ice made from purified drinking water. 4.1.2. Ice cubes shall be in bags of Seven (7) pounds. 4.1.3. Block ice shall be the long lasting variety in ten (10) pound blocks. 4.1.4. All ice shall be wrapped in non‐toxic plastic and sealed to ensure sanitation and to preclude contamination of product. This ice must be acceptable for human consumption. 4.1.5. Packing shall be product coded, and a written recall procedure in place. 4.1.6. Ice product holding, storage area(s) and transport vehicles shall be refrigerated, clean and free of odors and molds. 4.1.7. Delivery trucks shall be sanitary storage trucks and at all times comply with current State of Arizona and Federal regulations. 4.2. The delivery of any packaged ice shall include a Delivery Slip including the date of service, location of delivery, number of packages, type of ice, with a copy left at delivery site or sent electronically.
