Specifications include, but are not limited to: Briefly, the purpose of this RFP is to solicit offers from potential vendors who are interested inproviding concessions and catering services as the Primary contractor at the Lane Events Center(LEC) for Lane County. In addition, potential vendors can bid on the concessions services as anoutlet or retail location for a food business or franchise of another restaurant or chain. We arelooking for somebody to help grow the business and support the many diverse events we haveeach year. Please note that alcohol services are not included in this RFP or contract. The contractwill be for a period from December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024. The contract may beextended for two additional one-year periods, at the sole option of the County. Additionally, theterms of the contract may be negotiated in an amendment for each of those one-year periods.
