The doors must be on the 16-foot side. Main door is a 36- inch solid door for security. The door shall be on the same side as the roll-up door. Walls shall be metal. Heavy duty flooring with suitable joist to support heavy duty flooring. Gable roof covered with metal. Colors sandstone color with a greenish roof and trim. Shed must be able to withstand 100 mph winds. Plywood must be water and UV resistant. Gable venting and ridge line vent for proper ventilation. There is no electrical and no water hook up. One year warranty required. The shed will be leveled on site with a block and shims to ensure the building is level.
