Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Odor Control Improvements include replacing the existing odor control equipment at Headworks and the Thickening Support Building and adding covers and biotrickling filters to three Primary Clarifiers, and three Sludge Holding Tanks. 2. Construct Primary Clarifier Sludge and Scum Pumping Improvements at Primary Clarifiers 1, 2 and 3. 3. Convert the DAFT system to primary sludge/WAS holding tanks and construct a new Rotary Drum Thickener Building. 4. Construct digester improvements to address code compliance, improve biogas management, replace the gas flare, mixing, and various mechanical improvements and digester tank cleaning. 5. Construct digested Sludge Holding Tanks mixing and cover improvements. 6. Bid Alternate 1 - Construct and install two new Influent Bar Screens, Screening Handling Equipment, and Related Building Modifications to the Screenings Building. 7. Bid Alternate 2 – Replace the Influent Pump Station existing 30-inch knife gave valve and pipe fittings. 8. Bid Alternate 3- Modify the Grit Handling system to eliminate the pusher and adding conveyors and level loader for grit management. 9. Bid Alternate 4 – Primary Clarifier 1, 2, and 3 repairs as shown on the drawings. 10.Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
