Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected CMAR will work with SFS Architecture (County’s Architect) and County and NWCFD staff (collectively, the Project Team) to provide preconstruction services with estimated costs and schedule implications for final design and construction management services for a new 24,000 square foot fire station composed of four (4) drive-through apparatus bays, administration and living spaces, classroom, and on-site integrated training functions, hereinafter the “Project”. Please refer to Section 5, Scope of Services, for more information on expectations during the Pre-Construction Phase and Construction Phase. The goals for this Project include: • Design driven by function, operation and business processes • High performance building • 75-year facility lifespan with flexibility in space over its life • LEED Gold and WELL certifications
