Specifications include, but are not limited to: all necessary work to complete improvements as described on the Contract Plans and Specifications for the base bid. Utility improvements include saw-cutting existing bituminous concrete pavement, replacement of catch basin tops, installation of stormwater piping and replacement of sanitary sewer piping and sewer laterals. Roadway improvements include installation of new concrete handicapped accessible ramps, sidewalk, replacement of existing curbing, reclamation of existing pavement, removal of excess reclaimed material, installation of new processed aggregate base and bituminous concrete pavement as well as associated turf restoration, pavement markings and other miscellaneous work
