Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Responder will be mental health providers that will train other mental health providers in their selected evidence-based and culturally responsive practice. Successful Responders must actively take part in all training, follow-up consultations, and assessment activities that are a part of this learning collaborative. A team of at least three (3) clinical staff members must be chosen by each chosen Responder organization to engage in the learning collaborative. Each agency team must designate a clinical supervisor to oversee trainee development, including ensuring adherence to evaluation and reporting specifications, and to manage Responder agency grant-related activities. A clinician employed by the Responder agency who has previously successfully finished the specified evidence-based and culturally responsive program may serve as the clinical supervisor. The clinical supervisor must be a licensed mental health professional.
